Possible solutions:

  • Make sure the headset is powered: plug it into a power outlet.
  • Replace the battery correctly.
  • If the four LEDs on the back do not light up or the logo does not appear after pressing the button, the battery is probably dead.

Possible solutions:

  • Plug it in (e.g, to a computer).
  • Press the button.
  • Check the LED after pressing:
    1. If it flashes blue, the battery is charging.
    2. If it remains solid, the battery is fully charged.

If you don’t feel anything or hear any noise :

  • Completely disconnect the cable between the two boxes.
  • Carefully reconnect it.

Clean the diffuser nozzles before installing a new bottle to avoid any lingering odors.

Try reversing the streaming cable (plug it in the other way around).

Possible solutions:

  • Open your device’s Bluetooth settings.
  • Completely remove “OLFY” from the device list.
  • Try reconnecting without manually pairing.

Press and hold the button for 2 to 3 seconds and release.
The OLFY will flash several colors to confirm the reset.

Press the button 5 times (releasing each time the LED goes out), then press and hold until the LED flashes or goes out to confirm the mode change.
