I have a problem with my OLFY box

Possible solutions :

  • Connect it (e.g. to a computer).
  • Press the button.
  • Check the LED after pressing:
    1.  If it flashes blue, the battery is charging.
    2.  If it remains steady, the battery is fully charged.

Possible solutions :

  • Open your device’s Bluetooth settings.
  • Completely remove “OLFY” from the device list.
  • Try reconnecting without manually pairing.

Press and hold the button for 2 to 3 seconds and release.
The OLFY will flash in several colours to confirm the reset.

Press the button 5 times (releasing it each time the LED turns off), then press and hold until the LED flashes or turns off to confirm the mode change.
